Camp Discovery at the New Lothrop Church of the Nazarene
JUNE 24 – 27 | FOR 4 YEARS – 6TH GRADE
Camp Discovery is for children 4 years old through 6th grade. Morning sessions are from 9-11:45am.
Discovery Trips are available to 1st – 6th graders off-campus from 11:45am – 4pm. Discovery Trips are available to children 4 years old through kindergarten IF accompanied by an adult and family members provide their own transportation.
WHAT IS CAMP DISCOVERY?
Camp Discovery is a week jam-packed with extreme goodness, fun, messes and memory-making moments!
It’s also known as Vacation Bible School.
Camp Discovery is for children 4 years old through 6th grade. The morning sessions are hosted on the campus of the church and will include games, lessons, music and snacks. Morning sessions are free.
Discovery Trips are off-campus trips and are for 1st – 6th graders. We are taking Discovery Trips to Rollhaven, SkyZone, Bluebell Beach Splash Pad and Kokomo’s Family Fun Center
A Discovery Pass is available for $50 (entry for all four Discovery Trips, snack, and transportation provided by New Lothrop Schools). Discovery Trips purchased separately will cost $55.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Camp Discovery is June 24 – 27 (Monday – Thursday).
Morning sessions run from 9 to 11:45am each day. Please arrive a few minutes earlier to account for registration, etc.
Discovery Trips are the off-campus trips; they run from 11:45am to 3:30/4pm each day.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?
WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?
If your child is going on a Discovery Trip, you need to provide a lunch for them. They can bring their lunch to them during the Morning Session and we can refrigerate it for them.
A snack and drink will be provided during the Discovery Trips.
WHAT DOES MY KID NEED TO BRING?
If your child is going on a Discovery Trip, you need to provide a lunch for them. They can bring their lunch to them during the Morning Session and keep it in the refrigerator.
Discovery Trip Supplies
Monday (Rollhaven – Owosso): athletic wear, socks, lunch and extra spending $$$ if you want to buy extra snacks or play other games.
Tuesday (SkyZone – Brighton): athletic wear, lunch and extra spending $$$ if you want to buy snacks, etc.
Wednesday (Bluebell Beach Splash Pad – Flint): towel, bathing suit, sunscreen, sandals, sunglasses, lunch
Thursday (Kokomo’s – Saginaw): socks, closed toe shoes, lunch, and extra spending $$$ if you want to buy extra snacks or play other games.

Rollerskate or rollerblade at RollHaven in Owosso!
Make sure to bring athletic wear, socks, and lunch.
TUESDAY – JUNE 25
SkyZone (Brighton) | 11:45am – 4pm
Skyzone is an indoor trampoline park with trampoline dodgeball and dunking, foam pit, a warrior course and more.
Make sure to bring athletic wear, lunch and extra spending $$$ if you want to buy snacks, etc.
WEDNESDAY – JUNE 26
Bluebell Splashpad (Flint) | 11:45am – 3:30pm
Bluebell Beach is where you’ll find sun, sand, water, pavilions and a Splash Pad for the kids. Bluebell Beach is located near Crossroads Village.
Make sure to bring a towel, bathing suit, sunscreen, sandals, sunglasses and your lunch.
THURSDAY – JUNE 27
Kokomo’s (Saginaw) | 11:45am – 4pm
Kokomo’s Family Fun Center in Saginaw offers a fun and memorable experience for all ages!
Three hours of fun with laser tag, miniature golf, go-karts, bumper boats, water wars, roller coaster, and EuroBungy. The video arcade will be extra – bring extra spending money if you want to play.
Make sure to bring socks, closed toe shoes, lunch, and extra spending $$$ if you want to buy extra snacks or play other games.
